UN 'very concerned' about Sudan aid expulsions

United Nations secretary general Ban Ki-moon said Sudan's expulsion of 13 aid groups would cause "irrevocable damage" to humanitarian operations in Darfur.

Even before Sudan's president expelled the groups from Darfur following an international warrant seeking his arrest, diarrhoea was spreading among newcomers at one of its largest refugee camps and people waited hours in line for water.
