Barrymore pool death police lost evidence

Potentially crucial evidence was lost by police investigating the death of Stuart Lubbock at Michael Barrymore’s home, an official report revealed today.

A pool thermometer and a door handle, which may have been used to assault Mr Lubbock, were never seized by officers or forensically tested, the UK's Independent Police Complaints Commission said.
