Four American soldiers and an interpreter were killed today in a suicide car bombing in northern Iraq.

Four American soldiers and an interpreter were killed today in a suicide car bombing in northern Iraq.

Three soldiers were killed at the site and another died later of wounds from the explosion in Mosul.

An interpreter also died of wounds suffered in the attack.

Today’s attack takes the US military death toll to at least 4,243 since the Iraq war began in March 2003.
