Basque separatists accused of Madrid car bombing

A suspected Basque separatist car bomb exploded at a business park outside Madrid today, but no one was injured.

It went off shortly after 9am at the park in the Campo de Las Naciones about 90 minutes after the Spanish Red Cross received a warning call.
