Father gets life for decapitating baby in Canada

A man who admitted strangling then decapitating his 27-month-old daughter was sentenced to life in prison by a Canadian judge.

Lakhvinder Kahlon, 48, would not be eligible for parole for 11 years, said British Columbia Supreme Court Justice Arne Silverman.
