Authorities have tightened security near Malaysia’s largest city as ethnic Indians plan a funeral march to mourn a man who died in police custody.
The death of 22-year-old Ananthan Kugan focused national attention on accusations of police brutality.
Mr Kugan was found dead on January 20 in a police lock-up in a suburb near Kuala Lumpur, five days following his arrest for alleged car theft.
