Southern African leaders say Zimbabwe’s opposition has agreed to form a unity government next month, but the opposition says that’s not the case.

Southern African leaders issued a communique early today at the end of an all-night summit, saying the opposition had agreed to a formula that would result in its leader taking the post of prime minister in a unity government.
