Miliband: Mugabe has caused death on 'grand scale'

The British Foreign Secretary David Miliband is accusing the Zimbabwean President of causing death and destruction on a grand scale.

Mr Miliband is rejecting Robert Mugabe's claim that the country's deadly cholera outbreak is over.
