Double bombing kills at least 16 in Baghdad

Iraqi police and hospital officials today said a double bombing targeting police recruits in Baghdad has killed at least 16 people and wounded 45.

A police officer said a car parked near a police academy exploded in a mainly Shiite area in northern Baghdad.
