Seven drown as car plunges off unfinished bridge

Seven members of one family died today when their car drove off an unfinished bridge in northern Mexico, officials said.

The group, from Dallas, Texas, were driving down a dirt road in an SUV (sports utility vehicle) on their way to visit family in Mexico for the Thanksgiving holiday when they tried to cross the bridge, which was being repaired.
