Police shot dead an Alaska hospital employee after he killed one of his ex-supervisors and critically injured another.

Alaska State Troopers said Joseph Marchetti, 48, opened fire on his former supervisors inside Central Peninsula General Hospital in Soldotna, about 75 miles south west of Anchorage, a day after he was sacked from his job in the imaging department.
