UN gives go-ahead for EU Kosovo mission

The United Nations Security Council gave the go-ahead today for the deployment of a European Union mission throughout Kosovo under the international organisation’s umbrella.

Serbia and Kosovo both agreed – reluctantly – to co-operate with the new EU mission.
