Abuse probe after boy, eight, shoots father dead

Friends of a man apparently shot dead by his eight-year-old son denied today that the boy had been abused by his father.

Building worker Vincent Romero, 29, was killed with a .22-calibre rifle last Wednesday along with Timothy Romans, 39, who rented a room in his house.
