Haitian police say they have arrested the owner of a school that collapsed and killed at least 88.

Haitian police say they have arrested the owner of a school that collapsed and killed at least 88.

Police spokesman Garry Desrosier says Fortin Augustin, the preacher who owns and built College La Promesse, was arrested yesterday and charged with involuntary manslaughter.
