More rain predicted as flood death toll rises

Forecasters predicted more rain for northern Vietnam today as authorities said the death toll from days of flooding had risen to at least 66.

Eighteen of the deaths were in the capital Hanoi, which has been lashed for days by the heaviest rainfall in 20 years, authorities said.
