Driver 'had to brake to avoid Rhys gunman'

A motorist told the Rhys Jones murder trial today that the gunman narrowly avoided being hit as he cycled from the scene of the crime.

In a statement read to the court, Donna Heague said she had to slow down and even brake as the hoodie-wearing killer cycled into the road.
