Former gynaecologist charged with sex crimes

Police in Australia have arrested a former gynaecologist and charged him with 17 counts of sexually assaulting and mutilating patients during surgery.

Graeme Reeves was arrested in Sydney today following an investigation into 113 allegations of misconduct against at least 10 patients between 2001 and 2003 in Sydney and Bega, in southern New South Wales.
