Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic today refused to enter pleas to the 11 war crimes charges against him.

After his refusal at the UN’s tribunal in the Hague, judge Iain Bonomy entered not guilty pleas on his behalf.

Judge Bonomy set September 17 as the next date for a hearing, when Karadzic who is accused of genocide and crimes against humanity, says he will challenge the court’s jurisdiction.
