Tropical storm approaches New Orleans

Tropical Storm Fay has hit land for a fourth time over Florida as it slowly moves towards New Orleans.

The powerful weather system's already been blamed for eight deaths in America's sunshine state.

Fifty others died in the Caribbean, mostly in Haiti, when a crowded bus was swept away by a swollen river.
