Would-be South African president Jacob Zuma appeared in court for a second day today in a bid to get corruption and fraud charges against him dropped.

Mr Zuma and his lawyers claim that his prosecution is unlawful and unconstitutional. If the judge agrees, then Mr Zuma will have a clear run to the South African presidency. If not, then he may go on trial later this year.
