Plane crashes into Oregon family home
A light plane has crashed into a US seaside holiday house in heavy fog, killing two children inside the house and two people aboard the plane.
A third child was missing after the crash, which came soon after the plane took off in north-west Oregon, on the US West Coast.
The single-engine plane clipped a tree and then ploughed into the house. The four-seat Cessna had been rented from a local company.
Six people were in the four-bedroom rental home in Gearhart for a family reunion and holiday. Their names have not been released.
A mother and two children were flown to Portland for treatment at a burn centre.
Two more people in the family party had gone out for a walk before the crash and were uninjured.
