Millions face starvation after failed harvest

Millions of people in Ethiopia are facing starvation after the February harvest failed, an aid agency warned today.

Concern Worldwide say seed to plant new crops is needed urgently to avert a catastrophe. It is hoping to raise £700,000 (€882,000) to buy more seed.
