Turkish police have arrested three teenagers in connection with two bomb blasts in a packed Istanbul square which killed 17 people, a newspaper reported today.

Turkish police have arrested three teenagers in connection with two bomb blasts in a packed Istanbul square which killed 17 people, a newspaper reported today.

Milliyet said the three, aged 16 and 17, were detained in the basement of an apartment close to the scene of the explosions.
