UK: Boy, 10, stabs woman over cigarette

Police in the UK were today hunting a 10-year-old thug who slashed open a woman’s arm after she refused to give him a cigarette.

The boy, accompanied by a friend, confronted the woman, aged in her 50s, outside Selhurst railway station, in south London.
