New DNA tests clear JonBenet family

Prosecutors finally cleared JonBenet Ramsey’s parents and brother of the six-year-old beauty queen’s killing in 1996, telling the family they were “deeply sorry” for putting them under a cloud of suspicion for more than a decade.

The district attorney in Boulder, Colorado, said new DNA tests pointed to a mysterious outsider.
