Blair urges world leaders to tackle climate change

Tony Blair will today issue a warning to world leaders that they need urgently to forge a consensus on dealing with climate change.

The former British prime minister, who has been working with a panel of international experts on the issue, will warn of a “yawning chasm” between what the scientists say needs to be done and what the politicians say they are prepared to do.
