Immigrants rush Spanish enclave border

Dozens of African immigrants rushed a border crossing between Morocco and the Spanish enclave of Melilla today, clashing with security forces that pushed them back, the Spanish government said.

Some of the 70 or so Africans trying to cross into Melilla acted violently when confronted by security forces, the Interior Ministry office in Melilla said in a statement. One Spanish policeman was slightly injured.
