EU leaders to hold more talks on Lisbon vote

The Taoiseach, Brian Cowen, is due to hold further discussions with his fellow EU head of states in Brussels today on how to respond to Ireland's rejection of the Lisbon Treaty.

Mr Cowen has described yesterday's talks as "very good", while his spokesman said Ireland needs time to reflect.
