Estonia, Finland and Greece parliaments vote in favour of Lisbon Treaty

Parliaments in three EU countries have voted by large majorities in favour of the Lisbon Treaty in the past 24 hours as all eyes in Europe turn to Ireland.

The Greek, Finnish and Estonian parliaments have ratified the EU’s Lisbon Treaty just 24 hours before up to three million people here cast their Yes or No vote.
