Fritzl kept in jail by judge

The Austrian man accused of fathering seven children with the daughter he held captive for 24 years must remain in custody, a judge ruled today.

The decision extends Josef Fritzl’s pre-trial detention by two months. It was made during a routine closed-door session required under Austrian law.
