UK govt urged to probe case of girl starved to death

A British MP called today for a council to review its childcare procedures after the death of a seven-year-old girl who was allegedly starved at her home in the UK.

Birmingham Perry Barr MP Khalid Mahmood also demanded that Birmingham City Council conduct an inquiry into the death of Khyra Ishaq.
