Zimbabwe’s presidential run-off election between Robert Mugabe and opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai will be held on June 27, it was announced today.

Zimbabwe’s presidential run-off election between Robert Mugabe and opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai will be held on June 27, it was announced today.

Mr Tsvangirai claims he won the first presidential race in March outright. But official results finally released this month showed he did not win enough votes to avoid a second round against Mugabe.
