Fritzl to stay in jail 'for at least another month'

A judge ruled today that dungeon paedophile Josef Fritzl should remain in custody for at least another month.

Fritzl, 73, who had seven children by the daughter he imprisoned and raped for 24 years, has still not been charged by Austrian prosecutors.

The ruling was made during a routine, closed-door session required under Austrian law and will be re-evaluated in June.

Fritzl has been detained since April 26.
