State-run newspaper says Mugabe will not attend summit

Zimbabwe’s state-run newspaper says President Robert Mugabe will not attend a summit of regional leaders on his country’s election crisis.

The Herald quotes Zimbabwe secretary for Foreign Affairs Joey Bimha as saying Mugabe will not attend the meeting today in Lusaka, Zambia.
