An easyJet Boeing 737 carrying 123 passengers on a flight to Luton from Greece malfunctioned shortly after take-off and was forced to make an emergency landing, the airline said.

The pilot of easyJet flight 2002 reported a problem with one engine shortly after take-off from Athens, at 11.05pm local time yesterday (9.05pm Irish time) and asked for an emergency landing.
