Euromillions winner has two days to claim £6.9m
Time is running out for a lucky EuroMillions winner who has only two days left to claim their £6.9m (€8.9m) prize.
One of six UK winning tickets for the September 28, 2007, rollover draw has still not been claimed and they have only until 5.30pm on March 26 to come forward, according to organiser Camelot.
The unclaimed ticket was bought in Devon, England.
A National Lottery spokeswoman said: “Time is running out so we would urge players to check their tickets again.”
“We’re desperate to unite the ticket-holder with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a difference to somebody’s life.
“We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that this EuroMillions winner comes forward in time.”
The winning numbers which scooped the prize were 22, 30, 34, 35, 44 and the Lucky Star numbers were 4 and 5.
A total of six UK ticket-holders each pocketed a cool £6.9m (€8.9m) share of the EuroMillions jackpot.
With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize if they have the winning ticket.
If no one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to good causes.
