Obama rejects 'slice and dice politics'

Claims that Barack Obama would not be doing so well in the US presidential race if he was not black are the “kind of slice and dice politics that Americans are tired of”, the Democratic front-runner said today.

The young Illinois senator was speaking in a morning television interview after winning the Mississippi primary election with 61% of the vote, compared to Hillary Clinton’s 37%, on Tuesday.
