Report: 12 dead in Pakistani blast

Police in Pakistan say at least 12 people have died in an explosion in the eastern city of Lahore.

The blast devastated a federal police office while private TV footage showed the badly damaged façade of a large, multiple-story concrete building, with rubble scattered across an intersection.
