Iceland: Search for pilot after plane crashes into sea

A search was launched today for a pilot whose light aircraft crashed into the sea during a flight to Scotland in stormy weather.

The plane was flying from Reykjavik in Iceland to Wick in the north of Scotland when the plane’s controls iced up and he had to bring the craft down around 100 miles south of Iceland.
