US spying claims 'groundless', says China

China described US allegations of spying as “groundless” today and urged it to stop its “Cold War thinking”.

The reaction from a foreign ministry spokesman came after a US defence department analyst and a former engineer for Boeing were charged in separate espionage cases with handing over military secrets to the Chinese government.
