Judge declares mistrial in microwave baby case

A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of an Ohio woman accused of killing her month-old baby by burning her in a microwave.

Judge John Kessler made the decision after hearing testimony privately from a child who said he was at the apartment complex of defendant China Arnold the night the infant died in 2005.
