An independent complaints body has decided that no police officers will face disciplinary action over the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes in London more than two years ago.

An independent complaints body has decided that no police officers will face disciplinary action over the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes in London more than two years ago.

The 27-year-old Brazilian was shot dead by armed police officers at Stockwell Tube Station after he was mistaken for a suicide bomber.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission says four senior officers, including Deputy Assistant Commissioner Cressida Dick, should not be disciplined over the killing.
