Eight dead in Pakistan bomb attack

Eight people were killed when a bomb exploded in a military district of a city in Pakistan today.

Police said there were indications that a suicide bomber carried out the attack in Kohat, about 30 miles from the north-western city of Peshawar.

Police provided no information on casualties but Pakistan television said at least eight people were killed.
