Flying proves dangerous for vodka passenger

An airline passenger nearly died after insisting on drinking a full bottle of vodka when he was not allowed to take it on the plane.

The 64-year-old collapsed with alcohol poisoning in the departures hall at Germany’s Nuremberg airport and had to be taken to hospital.
