Canoeist's wife in court on fraud charges

The wife of the back-from-the-dead canoeist was remanded in custody today when she appeared in court in the UK accused of two deception offences totalling more than £160,000.

Mother-of-two Anne Darwin, 55, faced magistrates in Hartlepool charged with dishonestly obtaining £25,000 and £137,000 in 2003.
