Police seize explosives under house in Egypt

Egyptian police arrested a Bedouin woman today who had almost a half ton of explosives buried under her house in the eastern Sinai Peninsula, a security official said.

The munitions seized in al-Takadom village included some 770 pounds of explosives and eight rockets, said the official.
