Russia bus blast kills seven

A bus exploded in Russia this morning, killing at least seven people and injuring dozens, a spokesman for the emergency ministry said.

The cause of the explosion in Togliatti, a city that is the headquarters of Russia’s largest car manufacturer, was not immediately clear, spokesman Viktor Beltsov said.
