Woman 'swung baby by feet to hit partner', breaking skull
A US woman has been found guilty of swinging her four-week-old son to hit her boyfriend during a fight.
A jury in Pennsylvania's Erie County today convicted 28-year-old Chytoria Graham of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault and child endangerment.
Prosecutors said Graham and DeAngelo Troop got into a fight early on October 8, 2006, after Graham came home from a night of drinking.
Graham grabbed her son Jarron by his feet and swung him, hitting Mr Troop and fracturing the baby's skull.
The child has recovered and is living with Graham's family.
Graham testified she did not remember how Jarron's skull was broken. But prosecutors say she confessed.
She will be sentenced on December 12.
It was not immediately clear what sentence she could receive.
