Part-time policeman 'admitted shooting rampage'

Tyler Peterson, 20, a Forest County deputy sheriff in Wisconsin and part-time police officer, spoke to Crandon police chief John Dennee over the phone after the shootings, Wisconsin attorney general JB Van Hollen said.
