Train station stampede kills 13

At least 13 female pilgrims were trampled to death at an Indian railway station in a stampede that began when two trains arrived simultaneously.

More than 40 others were injured when a large crowd rushed to change platforms at the station in Mughalsarai in Uttar Pradesh.
